ORGANIZATION: National MS Society - Greater Carolinas Chapter

The National MS Society, Greater Carolinas Chapter (Charlotte Office) is offering an exciting internship opportunity within the Leadership Events department. The unpaid internship can provide school credit and offers valuable experience in the non-profit, fundraising, and event planning industries. We are currently looking to fill intern positions for students looking for a career in nonprofit, marketing, fundraising, and/or communications. Selected interns will play a vital role in helping drive our various fundraising campaigns and providing support to ongoing participants and sponsors. Candidates must be self-motivated, creative, a team player, results-oriented, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people living with and affected by MS.

This intern will assist with the execution of the Leadership Events within the Greater Carolinas Market's Charlotte Office to achieve goals for all fundraising areas. Interns will be trained by the Leadership Events staff.

MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. The Greater Carolinas Chapter, with offices located in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC, serves over 18,000 individuals affected by MS in North and South Carolina. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS and raise funds for MS research. Our vision is a World Free of MS!
