Are you a website designer who knows how to use Weebly? Do you have experience designing websites that help visitors easily find the information they need, and helping organizations engage their audiences and grow their community? Do you have an eye for color and style and are you knowledgable about SEO and Google Analytics? Do you love working with people dedicated to Bay Area conservation? Join our team at the San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory as a Weebly website design and management volunteer. Tasks include:
- Audit our current website, make recommendations for navigation and style changes, and implement changes to improve the user experience and track success.
- Make weekly updates to website content
- Help SFBBO meet our mission to conserve birds and their habitats through science and outreach

Mission Statement
The San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory is a nonprofit science organization dedicated to the conservation of birds and their habitats through science and outreach, and to contributing to informed resource management decisions in the Bay Area.
Description
The Bird Observatory was founded in 1981 by a group of enthusiastic biology students from San Jose State University. We study waterbirds and landbirds of the Bay Area, and also provide bird walks and other interpretive activities for the public. We currently have 6 staff and about 900 members. Our biologists work with nearly 100 volunteers in our fieldwork.
