Job Description
Hospitality Team members report to the Hospitality Lead and are responsible for assisting with planning, preparing and providing all meal items, including our signature cupcakes, for each client, donor, and volunteer event. Team members are required attend monthly Hospitality meetings and baking sessions, as well as volunteer a minimum of five hours per month in the office (baking days, events, and meetings all qualify as "in office" hours).
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, preparing and providing cupcakes and/or additional food items for all Cupcake Girls events.
- Buying and restocking baking and food items if requested by Hospitality Lead.
- Attend monthly baking days.
- Assist with food preparation, set up and tear down for all special events.
- Attend monthly Hospitality Team meetings.
- Volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per month.
- Log office hours in Podio.
