Are you someone who appreciates an excellent in-person customer service experience? Support the mission and business goals of Adopt & Shop in Culver City and Lakewood by going undercover! We are seeking retail-minded volunteers to anonymously visit our stores and collect data about their experience. These secret shoppers will be trained to observe, interact and report on a variety of areas within the stores. The feedback will be submitted to non-store staff and then used for training purposes in order to help us improve our business objectives and the overall shopping experience. Schedule is flexible, but would require 1-2 unannounced visits per month, for approx 2 hours per session, for a 6-month span. These visits would be pre-planned with the Michelson Found Animals volunteer department. Must be 18+ to participate.
