Memory Trees is a small, family-founded/managed 501.c.3 nonprofit. We are currently busy scaling the organization to deliver greater community impact. We require a volunteer Treasurer to serve on our Board of Directors.
Ongoing Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Board members and managers to grow the business
- Oversee financial administration
- Create/review financial policies and procedures
- Review financial and Y/E reports
- Help to create an annual budget
- Advise the Board on organizational growth, financial strategy and fundraising
