Mission Statement

360 Citizens uses literacy as a foundation to ensure youth in the 757 and beyond have the knowledge they need to be engaged, empathetic, and economically secure community members. We provide reading help so students can read and comprehend at grade level, tutoring, educational services, and we create community-building initiatives.

Description

360 Citizens is an organization that provides reading help so students can read and comprehend at grade level. We believe literacy and education are critical to truly living as a free citizen of the United States. We provide tutoring, homeschool evaluations and support, additional educational services, and create community-building initiatives. Our goal is to build a stronger economy by educating families and students about how society works and how they can actively participate in improving their world.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Orientation or Training
  • Approximately 3-5 hours a week virtually and independently. 2-3 hours per month meeting and communication.
  • Must be willing and able to contribute financially, either personally or by fundraising. Must actively engage with the organization each week.
