One of your neighbors is caring for his 77 year father with ALS who lives with him. He and his wife are overwhelmed between working full-time and caregiving. You would alleviate a lot of stress by shopping for groceries, getting personal care items at Walgreens, and picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy. They’ll provide the lists, instructions, and money, and you’ll provide the time.
