We are looking for a volunteer who would like to be trained to give very gentle, basic facials to the elderly ladies at Arvada Care and Rehabilitation! Our ladies still take pride in their appearance, and love feeling a little pampered. :) This volunteer will choose 1 day a month that she would like to come to the center, and the activities director will meet with you beforehand to train you on what to do (it's very basic, don't worry! And our activities director will work alongside you for the first few months to make sure you're comfortable!). The ladies will sign up for time-slots for their facials, so expect to be at the center about 2 hours for each visit. If this sounds like a good fit, you will really bring a lot of joy to these ladies! Please let me know if you're interested!
