Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at Family Fun and Learning Night: Celebrate Health on Wednesday, March 15 from 4:30 -7:30 pm at the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning.
Family Fun and Learning Nights are free family events for families with children ages 3-12. These themed nights offer learning through crafts and activities, entertainment, a free book, and a warm meal is served.
We typically have anywhere from 50-100 people in attendance, with half being children.
Volunteers help with registration/checking in guests, handing out free books, doing activities and crafts with kids, and serving dinner. At 6:45 pm we begin cleaning up and from 7-7:30 we move furniture back in to place. Volunteers are welcome to eat dinner after families go through the line.
