Event Staff Request - Sunday, December 8, 2019

AJ Williams Events is looking for volunteer event staff for the Living Legends Gala, Sunday, December 8, 2019, at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. We are looking for people with great people skills, positive attitudes and a strong work ethic. Staff will be engaging attendees at registration, helping with the auction and other various tasks throughout the event. Event Details:

Date: Sunday, December 8, 2019

Where: Four Seasons Hotel Boston, 200 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116

Time needed: 2:30-7:30pm. Dinner Included

2:30pm - Check-in and dinner

3:00pm - Training starts

Description:Museum of African American History will host the Living Legends Gala to celebrate Boston’s unique African American experience. This year we recognize the legacy of African American historical women and honor today’s women who break gender roles. Our 2019 Living Legends are four-time grammy-winning bassist, Jazz singer-songwriter and opera composer, Esperanza Spalding and this year's Oscar winner for costume design, Ruth E. Carter. The evening will include a history-filled program hosted by the 2018 Living Legend and star of "Black-ish," Anthony Anderson, an awards presentation, an exciting live auction, live entertainment, and dinner reception.

Approximate number of Guests: 350+ guests

Wardrobe: Ladies - Black tailored pants, black blazer jacket, black tank, black dress shoes. Men - Black tailored pants, black dress shirt, black shoes.
