This is a free, fun holiday event! Shoppers at the U District Farmer's Market are invited to make a wreath or decorative swag with fresh cut greenery. Shoppers and volunteers are also invited to create a wreath or swag to donate to the University District Food Bank. The booths for this event will be set up in the Farmers Market right in front of UHeights Center, 5031 University Way, Seattle, WA 98105.
Volunteers can sign up for these shifts: 8-10 am or 9:30-11:30 am or 11 am-1 pm.
We need help with set up, keeping the tables neat, creating swags for the clients of the University District Food Bank, helping replenish supplies of decorations and greenery, and cleanup.
