Would you love to spend a quiet morning (or afternoon) with hundreds of good books? Sign up to clean donated books and organize them by subject, cull outdated or worn books, and keep the Friends' storage shelves orderly Pick out the best titles for our ongoing lobby sale. Commitment time is 1-2 times per month for three months.

Mission Statement
The Friends of the Clarkston Library are diverse volunteers of all ages who conduct community outreach, raise funds, and perform support services for the Clarkston Library, a branch of the DeKalb County Public Library.
Description
We reach out to Clarkston residents by participating in community events, distributing program announcements, and encouraging social media users to get involved with the library. Our team also conducts creative fundraisers and hosts an ongoing sale to raise funds for special library programs and related supplies.
