The Alzheimer's Association is seeking Faith Outreach Representatives to help raise awareness of Alzheimer's Association programs and resources, provide basic disease information and link consumers to the Alzheimer's Association services through the participation of health fairs, congregation events and brief presentations. As a Faith Outreach Representative, you will serve as a liaison between the Alzheimer's Association and local faith groups and congregations in the Greater Jacksonville Area, to include Duval county, Clay county and St. John's county.
