As a Community Representative, you will play a pivotal role in raising awareness of Alzheimer's Association programs and resources, provide basic disease information and link consumers to the Alzheimer's Association's services. As a Community Representative, you will serve as a liaison between the Association and local groups, to include neighborhoods, business organizations, faith communities, rural counties and more by participating in health fairs, community events and brief presentations.
