We are looking for people who are passionate about teaching creativity, engaging with students, and maybe a little bit of chaos. If you are interested in joining us as a facilitator in our low tech maker space, we'd love to have you! Read our description below.
The DREAMlab is the makerspace located inside The Pittsburgh Project. It was launched in the fall of 2016 to serve our after-school program and summer day camp participants. the DREAMlab is open 4 days each week and offers students both open lab time as well as elective times to work larger projects. One of the things that makes it a special place is the amount of time that the students get to spend working here. Our students come to feel at home in this creative and open environment and have the opportunity to really go deep when exploring a skill or working on a project.
