Volunteers 21 & over are needed on Saturday, December 18, 2021 to help with the 13th Annual Santa Monica Pub Crawl. To sign up, please fill out our volunteer form at the following link: https://forms.gle/a7HQoJWmCbeywq8HA
This event is a pub crawl in Santa Monica to kickoff the holiday season and raise funds for Westside Food Bank. Proceeds from the 2019's pub crawl provided over 100,000 meals for local individuals & families in need. There will be 2 starting locations in Santa Monica: Main Street and Promenade. It's a fun, festive atmosphere and volunteers get a free wristband to participate in the event after their shift.
Volunteers are needed to help check in preregistered participants, take payments from new participants, distribute wristbands, sell Santa hats and collect donations. Volunteers must have good people skills and can help manage crowds. Volunteers are encouraged to dress in holiday costumes & festive holiday clothing. Volunteers are also needed during the After Party shift which is 9:00pm-12:30am.

Westside Food Bank's mission is to provide as much nutritious food as possible to local agencies with food assistance programs and to reduce food waste in Western Los Angeles County.
Description
Since 1981, Westside Food Bank has provided food to local social service agencies serving low-income individuals and families.
We currently supply more than 70 agencies with a balanced variety of nutritious foods. Our member agencies come to our warehouse to pick up weekly food allotments, and/or receive food delivered from our Extra Helpings Westside prepared and perishable food rescue program. Our food reaches over 105,000 unduplicated individuals each year.
