Program:
We are a permanent supportive housing program that houses individuals, youth, and families who are chronically homeless and have a disability. Through our housing program we have funds to provide our clients some of the resources they need for basic living such as furniture, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc.

Along with our permanent supportive housing program, we also provide outreach services for the homeless in our community. During our outreach hours, homeless individuals and families can come into our office for a hot meal, snack bag to go filled with individual wrapped snacks, water, hygiene kit, sleeping bag, clothing, shoes, backpack, and bus pass.

Goal of program:
Pick up and deliver food and a warm smile to disabled adults within our housing program.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Pick up food and deliver food (must be able to drive personal vehicle)
• Shifts Available Tuesday 7 am to 12 pm and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 2 pm

Qualifications needed:

• Must be at least 25 and have a valid California Driver’s license
• Background check required
