If you would like to be part of a dynamic animal clinic team and you have knowledge of basic surgical technique, consider applying for this Post Surgical Attendant Volunteer opportunity. After surgery, the Post Surgical Attendant must be observant and monitor the animals' pulse, incision, and general condition. The Post Surgical Attendant may also be required to extubate animals. This person must have the ability to lift, reposition, and move varying sizes of dogs and cats from the surgical table to the recovery area and back to an animal kennel.
This is a volunteer position with a 501 (C) (3) organization.
