Hands to Cuddle, Paws to Love is dedicated to helping pets and their loved ones during difficult times. We have a patient with a life limiting illness that needs to rehome his 11 year old Shepherd/Rottweiler mix, Zander, who unfortunately is also ill with cancer. Zander has a prognosis of 3-6 months to live and is currently being boarded at a local veterinary clinic in the Conejo Valley area. Despite his illness Zander is a very happy and sweet boy. He is active and enjoys going on walks. And, his day to day care is minimal.
