Wakefield Senior Center is in need of Fitness Instructors to teach a class one hour per week to older adults. Class types preferred are yoga, chair, tai chi, qigong, aerobics, etc. No certification required, but experience preferred. Must be outgoing and able to research exercises and coordinate routines. Music is available, if needed. Hand weights and resistance bands will be provided. This is a Great Opportunity to Spread a Little Cheer in your Community.
