Street Outreach Training
ORGANIZATION: Homeward Alliance
Please visit the new page to apply.
One night per week, we send volunteers and staff onto the streets of Fort Collins to engage directly with people experiencing homelessness. We distribute supplies, share resource information, build relationships and help connect people to other services in the community.
This training will teach the skills and procedures necessary for Street Outreach. Training will include a review of the Street Outreach Policies and Procedures as well as a tour of the van and Q&A on what to do and what to expect.
We hope you'll join us in this essential and rewarding work!
