The Propel Initiative is having a holiday party celebrating the book release of its founder, Tiffany Nicole.

The party will consist of music, food, hot chocolate bar, book sales, gift bags, raffle drawings and activity stations.

There are two opportunities. You may apply for one or both.

Day 1: 12pm - 6pm (you may work half or all of the time)

- Making gift bags and putting labels on them
- Setting up Activity stations
- Setting up decorations and making balloon garlands
- Setting up selfie stations
- Setting up registration tables
- Preparing food trays
- Preparing treats for treat tables
- Making centerpieces
- Setting up info tables

Day 2: 12pm - 6pm (you may work half or all of the time)

- Register guests: capture their information, make sure they were pre-registered or paid their admission
- Sell Books and Journals: Bag books, process credit cards, fill out receipts
- Putting finishing touches
- Setting up treats table
- Setting up hot chocolate bar
- Setting up centerpieces
- Greeting guests and handing out raffle tickets
- Managing activity stations and keeping flow
- Managing selfie stations
- Boxing up supplies and decorations
