Starting January 1, 2020 16 & 17 year olds can pre-register to vote. NYC Votes is hosting interactive pre-registration and civic engagement tables across the Bronx and Queens in February and March. We are looking for volunteers to work at tables at our partner sites.
Volunteers should commit to attending one training at our office and at least one tabling event.
Trainings will be held on the following Saturdays:
- January 25 from 11-1:00pm
- January 25 from 2-4:00pm
- February 1 from 11-1:00pm
- February 1 from 2-4:00pm
Tabling will take place on the following Saturdays:
- Bronx -- February 8
- Bronx -- February 22
- Queens -- March 7
- Queens -- March 14

About NYC Votes The CFB’s NYC Votes campaign promotes civic engagement through community outreach, voter registration and engagement programs, and educational resources. NYC Votes is the voter outreach and engagement campaign of the Campaign Finance Board, conducted under the guidance of its Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC).
Description
With the help of community partners and city agencies, the CFB NYC Votes brings voter registration events and civic engagement programs to all five boroughs, with a particular focus on historically disenfranchised communities, as mandated in the City Charter.
