The School Age Services department of the Ozarks Regional YMCA is looking for individuals to serve on its board of managers who are passionate about youth development. This position would provide support and feedback for full time staff and programs such as Before/After School, Summer Day Camp, Play Dates, Snow Day Care, and Food Programs. Board members meet regularly to provide input on the department's goals and yearly plans. Each year the Board of Managers is instrumental in raising funds for the Y's Annual Campaign which breaks down barriers so that families who are not be able to afford child care may have financial assistance. The Board of Managers also help with planning and implementation of special events such as Ozarks BBQ Fest, Boo Bash, and Healthy Kids Day.

The Ozarks Regional YMCA was established over 125 years ago and has nine branches serving the cities of Bolivar, Buffalo, Cassville, Lebanon, Monett, and Springfield as well as an overnight camp. Our association focuses each day on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility in our communities by touching thousands of lives and providing benefits which cross lines of race, denomination, gender, nationality, and age.
