Help Support reentry women this Thanksgiving!

CFLS is gearing up for the holidays, and we would like to invite you to join us in providing Thanksgiving baskets to the families we serve. This year, we are in particular need of $50 grocery store gift cards for families to purchase turkeys. Donors can also assemble their own turkey tin "baskets" using the list of items below. Thank you so much for considering supporting CFLS to provide the means necessary for our women who are reentry and have experienced domestic violence this Thanksgiving holiday. If you are unable to donate a full Thanksgiving basket, we are accepting individual items from the list below.

The complete list of items to have a Thanksgiving basket for each family:

• $50 gift card to a grocery store

• 2 boxes of mashed potatoes

• 2 packets of gravy mix

• 1 disposable tin pan

• 1 packet of rolls

• 1 lb. of green beans

• 2 cans cranberry sauce

• 1/2 lb. of butter (2 sticks)

• 1 large or 2 small packages of stuffing mix

• 1 can pumpkin pie mix 1 pie crust

Deadline for Thanksgiving donations: November 15th, 2019

We are also looking for volunteers for our Thanksgiving basket drive and HIV Awareness event, both events will be happening at the same time. We need help with decorating, serving food, and distributing Thanksgiving baskets.
