One- Day Only! Make an Impact and Support Affordable Housing!

Immediate help needed for sending out mail demonstrating the impact of LINC Housing. Bring your headphones, some snacks, watch your favorite movie, and help us fold and mail our impact report!

ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO CDC SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

As volunteers with LINC, you will help low-income families achieve personal growth and success. Research shows that due to the lack of resources there is a greater likelihood that a low-income child will face incarceration than ever complete a single college course. This is a discouraging statistic. We are breaking this trend!

LINC Housing provides affordable housing, delivers dynamic resident services, and facilitate positive community connections.

This Volunteer Opportunity is 1-day only on 11/11/2020 from 10AM-2PM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Folding, packing and sealing envelopes.

Description

Linc Housing builds, owns, and operates affordable housing for low-income families and seniors throughout California. Our resident services department provides life-enhancing services to residents. Our staff members teach and collaborate with nearby agencies to facilitate classes and activities that cover health, exercise, financial literacy, after-school care, ESL, computer skills, crafts, volunteer opportunities, social events, and field trips to experience science, nature, and the arts.
