Position: Transportation Associate
Department: Aging Services
Reports to: Transportation Manager

Position Summary: Answer phones and provide clerical assistance for the Transportation Division
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with answering phone calls from clients with diverse backgrounds
- Work in Excel
- Work in Ecolane Software
- Additional tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Moderate computer skills including data entry
- Excellent organization skills
- Comfortable both sitting and standing
- Confidentiality statement and background check
Training:
- Attend orientation with Volunteer and Program Coordinator
- Receive Volunteer Handbook
- Train with Dispatcher and Transportation Manager

The Senior Center is located north of the Hanover Township building at 240 South Illinois Route 59 in Bartlett. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. We invite you to drop in or call 630.483.5600 for more information.
The Aging Services Department offers a wide variety of advantages to the seniors who live in our Township. We offer transportation, recreational programs and trips, social services as well as many opportunities for volunteerism.
