Become a part of the nations largest tropical parrot rescue
Volunteers needed to maintain 14 acre parrot park, feeding and watering birds and cleaning cages and a lot more. Grass cutting, weed eating, general other assorted duties also. Community service hours also welcome here. Ground clearing, tree cutting and a lot of work building new flight locations as well as general construction. Person need to work on heavy equipment also.
Part time help in welcome center, part time help in the cantina and with our gold mining area.
As we will be closing down to only appointment visitors on Saturdays until around March 2021.
We have tons on new construction going on, a 400 foot long 9 foot high wall where artists ca have fun, business advertisements, school class banners and assorted displays.
A new Rainbow bridge area and garden setting.
Birds on the Brink educational area will be in need of a teacher on weekends and some week days for school field trips.
Building a maze in our Butterfly garden.
This is all out door work so social spacing is not a main issue. Masks are optional and we have ready on site.

To assist in the education and welfare of owners, people thinking of owning a parrot and ongoing education classes on well being and care. To shelter or house deployed military personnel's parrots as well as a tropical parrot shelter for natural disasters across the state of Georgia.
We provide food, shelter, medical care and the chance for all parrots to become birds again in full flight areas. To overcome human abuse and neglect
