Hospice Administrative Phone Volunteers Wanted!

We are always looking for dependable administrative hospice volunteers to help out here in the office and would love to have YOU as a part of our team! We are currently rolling out a new "tuck-in" call program to ensure our patients have adequate supplies and medications going into each weekend.

This is where we need your help! We are looking for volunteers who:

- Feel comfortable on the phone making calls to patient homes and/or facilities.
- Can plan to make calls Wednesday or Thursday of each week to maintain a consistent point of contact.
- Are patient and friendly as you may have to repeat yourself or speak slowly at times.
- Proficient in taking notes and writing down important information relayed over the phone.

This volunteer role can be done either here in the office or remotely from home as long as patient confidentiality is maintained in that location. Specific training on the tuck-in call process will be provided.
