TIHAN’s Social Media Content Volunteer utilizes their internet research knowledge and creativity to help us enhance TIHAN’s presence on social media. This volunteer assists with a variety of projects related to managing TIHAN’s social media accounts. This position is a great opportunity for those involved in or planning, a career in social media marketing, advertising or related fields. The Social Media Content Volunteer will research HIV/AIDS articles and related HIV news updates, and post the information to the TIHAN Facebook and Instagram accounts. Additionally, the volunteer will also invite those who engage with TIHAN’s social media accounts to "like/follow" the TIHAN accounts. Time requirements are 1-3 hours a week; flexible schedule based on your availability; ability to work remotely from your home or office. Must have access to computer and internet. Exceptional written communication skills. Excellent telephone and email skills. Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming demeanor. Attention to detail, follow-through, and solid time management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Ability to use computers, associated applications, and the internet.
