Skid Row Housing Trust is a 2019 Great Streets Challenge participant and is planning to imagine a People's Plaza in Skid Row. Volunteers will help with community outreach to collect surveys on what community members would like to see in the potential plaza. Volunteers will also help serve meals donated as part of a Thanksgiving Day celebration.
