Description

ELITE Youth Worldwide (ELITE) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. ELITE is an acronym for Education, Leadership, Integrity, Togetherness, and Empowerment. It was founded August 2001 in Richmond, Virginia. ELITE works with at-risk youth in low to moderate income households between the ages of 15 to 19.

ELITE’s vision is to see a new generation of leaders be birthed who will change the dynamics of business, family, education, and nations. These leaders will rebuild positive family values, rebuild economic systems in impoverished neighborhoods, and possess an unwavering belief system. ELITE has been successful during its course of 16 plus years to change the course of many young adults. The program has assisted single mothers to get back into high school, graduate, and attend college; assisted the unemployable to become employable by offering extensive employment interviewing technique training; and assisted their youth in building positive social skills.
