As a volunteer for Heartland Hospice, you may want to help with clerical work (filing, answering phones, preparing admissions packets) within our office, or you may want to provide direct interaction with our patients and their families by running errands, reading to patients, providing a friendly visit to lift a patient's spirits, or simply staying with a patient so family members can get a much-needed break.
