ORGANIZATION: Pet Resource Center of Kansas City

We will be offering a Black Friday special in our Spay and Neuter Kansas City Clinic! Clients will be able to get a Free Rabies vaccination & microchip with the purchase of a $10 city license.

Our Volunteers will be helping folks with their paperwork, controlling the line, checking folks in at our podium, helping with Data Entry, checking for microchips, etc. We will also have door greeters and folks to work our treat booth!

You can either donate the entire 8am-4pm day, or choose an 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm shift.

Our mission is to decrease pet homelessness, increase pet retention, and improve the quality of life for pets through education and supportive services for families in need.

Description

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002. We're the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area, working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach provides exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.

We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.

We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
