Woodworking Event Assistant @ Friends of the Carpenter

We make wood devotional items at our shelter, but our main product is relationships. We are changing lives with love - helping those who have encountered many difficulties in life see themselves as people of worth and take that next step in bringing their lives back on track.
In this position you will cut out decorative spiral lines or patterns out of wood on scroll Saw (a narrow-bladed saw) as assigned making inspirational and/or holiday themed wood ornaments.
Qualifications for this position include the minimum age of 18 years old and be able to sit or stand for 3.5 hours. Time commitment is one weekday from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 - 4 p.m.
