Friends of the Carpenter is a non-profit, faith-based day facility that provides safety, structure and purpose for vulnerable members of our community.

We make wood devotional items at our shelter, but our main product is relationships. We are changing lives with love - helping those who have encountered many difficulties in life see themselves as people of worth and take that next step in bringing their lives back on track.

In this position you will assist with special mailings and preparation of the monthly newsletter for mailing on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Qualification for this position is the minimum age of 16 years old.Court ordered service is allowed. Training is provided.Shifts are available Wednesday of every month from 1 - 3 p.m. for at least 3 months.

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program supports over 100 non-profits and organizations in Clark County, Washington by interviewing, screening, and referring volunteers ages 55 and up.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: The RSVP program will be closing its doors March 31, 2020.
