Summary of Position: To provide general information, assist visitors with directions and escort outpatients to their destination
Specific Duties:
- Greet visitors in a positive manner as they enter the facility
- Escort outpatients, if able, to their destinations
- Provide general information and directions to visitors
- Be familiar with information provided at the desk
- Be aware of situations that may need reported to Protective Services
- Observe the waiting area for cleanliness and contact Environmental Services to request cleaning if needed
- Wipe the desk top and phones daily
- Assist staff with light clerical duties
