Inspired when watching a TED or TEDx talk ?
That same inspiration grows exponentially by becoming a part of a live TEDx event! We invite you to help drive the Tucson Valley idea revolution and instill that same inspiration in others through volunteering at TEDxTucson. Come share your time and talent to help build an amazing free-thinking ideas conference.
Being a part of TEDxTucson is a serious commitment. If you do wish to volunteer, please remember that the commitment is real and that we will depend on you for at least the following:
Follow through on tasks and commitments you sign up for ability and willingness to attend meetings in Tucson Attend group meetings throughout the year until the event.
Organizationally, TEDxTucson is a grassroots, 501c(3) nonprofit in Southern Arizona. The TEDxTucson staff are professionals in their fields who give their time voluntarily. All speakers and entertainers take part on a no-fee basis. Together, we strive to make the ideas and innovations presented within our regular TEDxTucson gatherings accessible to the widest possible cross-section of our community.

TEDxTucson’s mission is: · To show Tucson to itself by creating live events that are amazing experiences. These live events have speakers and performers mostly from Southern Arizona (80% of our speakers are from this region). · To show Tucson to the world by creating beautiful, professional video recordings of our events. Our video library has over 5 million views. Our top video has over 2.5 million views! · To create a passionate community within Tucson for discussing ideas and exploring new perspectives.
