At this time we have a critical need for public interface support at the Hunting & Fishing Center front Desk selling permits. Military and civilians have to come into our office for their permit. Customers need some assistance with such things as passwords, printing, or questions. Volunteers assist in verifying required documents, answering phones, and starting the hunting education DVD.
Major time commitments are not necessary, and a working knowledge of hunting and fishing is not a pre-requisite, just a desire for positive interaction with Soldiers, families, and the public.
We are looking for volunteers that can come in at least two days a month, Wednesday-Saturday 11-4:30. Our office is small and can be slow most of the time, but it is fulfilling!
