Arts Fair 2020 will be held June 5th & 6th 2020 but we start planning it NOW! We need 12 Leadership Volunteers who love the arts and want to help us bring this amazing event together. Your leadership skills will be so appreciated. We are flexible for your schedule & interests. Leadership roles include Community Outreach, Family Activities, Entertainment, Social Media, Artist Hospitality, Sponsor Support, Information Booth Planner, and many others. Many roles can be done from home/virtually.
We value your time so you won't sit in boring committee meetings- you will work directly with caring staff on a specific project that interests you and will make Arts Fair 2020 possible!

The Kalamazoo Institute of Arts believes the visual arts are for everyone, and that they inspire, transform, and fulfill. Since 1924, the KIA, a private non-profit organization, has presented opportunities to the community and visitors from around the world to enjoy and create art. The KIA holds more than 4,700 fine artworks in its permanent collection; presents touring and collection exhibitions in 10 galleries; offers four terms of art classes at the Kirk Newman Art School; and houses the KIA Gallery Shop, featuring artwork by area artists and international artisans.
