Wonderful Volunteers with knitting and crocheting skills are needed to help us honor and celebrate our Veterans program, Nightingale program, and our Centennial Birthday programs.
Volunteer fiber artists help create our lap blankets and shawls that are given to hospice patients that we celebrate and honor at anyone of these events. Our patients and families love receiving these hand-made gifts and recognize the love and time that goes into them. We will provide all of the supplies necessary, all volunteers will need to provide is the skill, time, and love.
If you would like to become a one of our treasured Volunteer fiber artists, please call us at 302-533-3800. You will be part of a creating a beautiful gift and tradition that patients and their families can cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to have you on our team!
