Moving assistance needed for elderly client moving from one apartment at 7401 Alma Dr., Plano, TX (75025) to another apartment at 400 Shiloh Rd. Plano, TX (75074). The client is currently in a 3 rd floor apartment (with stairs only) and will be moving to a handicapped accessible apartment with elevation.
