Position:
The Organizational Development Services (ODS) Administrative Team Members typically possess some experience in the related field in which they serve.

Major Responsibilities and Related Tasks:
Under the supervision of the ODS Coordinator, the ODS Administrative Support Team Member will assist with the following:

  • Recording attendance and evaluations for training classes into Salesforce and Litmos (training for both functions provided).
  • Organizing virtual files for the ODS Department.
  • Assist ODS Coordinator with Membership administration including correspondence, Salesforce assistance, and other projects as assigned.
  • Assist ODS Coordinator with membership renewals and the proper processing of auto-renewals.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the entire department, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and other projects as assigned.

Skills Desired:

  • Salesforce experience desired, training provided.
  • Previous administrative experience and/or strong organizational skills.
  • Nonprofit experience or willingness to learn and engage in the nonprofit sector.

Requirements:

  • Shifts will be scheduled at the volunteer’s convenience.
  • Individuals must be able to volunteer for at least one regularly scheduled shift per week over a three-month period.
  • Agree to and clear a criminal background report.
