The Resident Assistant would be a live-in presence at The Well of Mercy for one weekend a month. She will be available to answer the door and receive donations, and accompany the moms and children.
The weekend begins Friday afternoon and continues until Sunday noon.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a communal home environment that exists to support single women with children who have been victims of domestic violence and/or poverty. The mothers, empowered by faith, and with support and guidance will be on their way to build solid, poverty-free futures for their families.
Description
The Well of Mercy is a long-term transitional living environment for single mothers and their children. We aim to support women who desire independence and self-sufficiency by providing shelter, education and employment assistance, emotional support, and spiritual guidance.
We offer many resources under one roof, providing holistic support and a unique cooperative living environment. Our approach empowers single mothers to break the cycle of poverty, become less dependent on public aid, pursue meaningful contributions to society, and provide a consistent and healthy environment in which to raise their children.
