East Bay Walk to Defeat ALS

Please help us put on a day of community for those affected by ALS in the East Bay!

  1. Set up 8:00am - 10:30 am (10-20 volunteers needed. Light weight lifting and light manual work)
  2. Parking guides 10:30am - 12pm (2-4 volunteers needed. Exposure to sun)
  3. Booths 10:30am - 12:30pm (10 volunteers needed. Stationary / seated work at event booths )
  4. Walk guides / cross guards 12:30pm - 2pm (5-10 volunteers needed. Walking about 1 mile)
  5. Clean up help 2:30pm - 4pm (light weight lifting and trash disposal)
