Jubilee is looking for a volunteer to work closely with the Data Specialist to support a database cleanup project and ensure data accuracy and maintenance
Tasks include
- Follow standards to enter donor information into Raiser's Edge to guarantee consistency and accuracy across users
- Enter donor information into the Raiser’s Edge database and perform routine maintenance.
- Perform frequent audits and correcting mistakes including adding new constituents, updating addresses and contact information, merging duplicate constituents, etc
- Maintain confidentiality of constituent information, records and files
Qualifications
- Strategic and solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to efficiently solve problems
- Strong analytic skills, tech savvy, and a solid understanding of the data needs of fundraisers
- Experience in data management using Raiser's Edge
