Our nonprofit needs help with our registration department!
The Registration & Customer Service Specialist is an integral part in ensuring that EFBA’s operations run smoothly and successfully. This role will undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks, ranging from program registration, database support, and communication with clients/teachers. An excellent Registration & Customer Service Specialist is, above all, organized and competent with outstanding communication skills.
Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (any time between 10am-4:30pm)
*More hours available if interested!Required Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills,
- Drive to help the community
- Well developed business writing & verbal communication skills,
- Basic technology literacy, including the ability to use a variety of tools and softwares
- Ability to perform under minimum supervision

Stipend: EFBA can provide you with a clipper card value for round trip muni transportation for the days the office. We will also cover your lunch on days you work more than 5 hours. Our office is equipped with coffee and snacks :)

Mission Statement
Education Française Bay Area was created in 2009 by Gabrielle DURANA to give access to all children to a bilingual education, in our case French. We are a WASC accredited part-time school. Our non profit organization offers high quality yet affordable French after schools, summer camps and cultural programs to both francophone and French as a Second Language children, aged 5-18. The classes take place in local schools of the Bay Area. Our mission statement is simple: to provide a bilingual, multicultural francophone education, opening doors and minds to the world.
