The position of Volunteer Compliance Assistant supports Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County's Compliance and QA Department, which supports all of its Programs with contract/regulation compliance.
Position Summary: To help teh Compliance & QA Department out with various audit projects.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with various audit projects; data entry into Awards database and filing documents
Skills & Abilities: Friendly and professional demeanor; proactive and helpful attitude, strong communication skills, ability to read and write English, attention to detail and Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
Requirements & Training: Live Scan Background clearance (company paid)
The volunteer will be oriented before the start of each project.
October 1, 2019 - January 15, 2020. Monday - Friday 4 hours shifts. Days and times are flexible.
