About PACT Inc.

Mission Statement

OUR MISSION is to promote community empowerment by increasing access to higher education for low income youth and young adults by impacting the school graduation, drop-out and college going rates.

Description

PACT's goal is to see that underprivileged youth in the Bay Area receive the support they need to go to college. We facilitate free student services in the areas of the college application process and provide access to scholarship opportunities. Many of our students will be the first in their families to attend college and are unaware of the myriad of educational opportunities available to them. Since our inception in 1965, PACT has impacted the lives of over 40,000 youth by aiding them with placement into a college, or university, and we are working hard to continue to increase the number of students we support.
