Hospice Office Volunteers Needed (Marina del Rey)

Through our Medicare-certified hospice agency, we care for our patients whose medical conditions are not responding to treatment or for those patients who choose not to seek aggressive medical care at the end stage of life. Our goal in hospice care is for the patient to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own place of residence.
We are currently in need of administrative volunteer help, either short-term or continual, to assist our dedicated staff in our busy Marina del Rey-based office. Duties might include answering phones, filing, and assisting with special projects. All are vital to our team, who all do their part to ensure that our hospice patients receive the best possible care. Do you have two or more hours per week to help out? If so, please respond to this post, and our volunteer coordinator will send you more information and an application. Thank you for your interest!
